Tactical Remington Shotgun operators have limited options when adding Lasers, Flashlights, Slings or other accessories. The present options include replacement forends with Picatinny rails or barrel/magazine tube adapters. The negative of a Picatinny Railed forends is that they move and shift causing aiming issues with the laser sights and sturdiness for sling mounts or Bipods(?). The Barrel clamps used for flashlights or Laser sights can slip and just do not look to cool, kind of like a muffle clamp with a rail attached.

Our Minotaur Tactical Team has designed the new Medusa Tri-Rail Picatinny Rails for the Remington 870 shotgun. Our Medusa Tri-Rail is one piece solid steel with three precision removable Picatinny rails as well as a replacement rail featuring a swivel sling loop which can be attached on any of the three rails. The rubber coated sling loop can be mounted on the bottom, right or left for those Shotgun operators wanting to use a dual point sling. As the image shows the Medusa Tri-Rail offers one rail on the bottom facing forward under the barrel. The other two Picatinny rails are facing to the back of the Remington 870 just above the forend. The Tri-Rail is locked in solidly by the shotgun's Magazine tube cap or Magazine tube allowing a mounted Laser Sight to remain on target.
